As part of Sing the Nation 2008 we hosted a free event on Tuesday 19 August 2008.

 

The event was a great success with more than 40 women joining together to learn and sing the theme song from Fame!

Sing the Nation is a festival to get the UK singing. From Land’s End to John O’ Groats there will be events to tempt everyone to burst into song.

 

Sing London 2008 formed a key part of these national celebrations.  Working with a wide range of partners, the festival included a range of community singing events across London.
